Private Pay Home Care Services
Insurance plans often have restrictions and limits. If your insurance does not cover the services you need, or discontinues payment for services sooner than you are ready for or expect, you are generally left to pay the difference ‘out-of-pocket.’ Private Pay, also referred to as ‘out-of-pocket payments’, helps to cover the difference in situations such as this.
If you need home care that extends beyond services covered by medical insurance, GSNY Home Care can help. Our Private Pay services provide day-to-day support to help people continue to live safely and independently in their homes. These services, such as help with personal hygiene or household chores, do not require a physician’s order and are most often paid for privately, though some long-term care insurance policies will cover private care.
Whether it's assistance with personal care or skilled nursing care, we can help. Working together with our clients, their families and physicians our team will come up with a plan that addresses client's health, lifestyle, safety and client's need for privacy. We provide the type of care that will make you satisfied and feel like your money are well-spent.
Prior to placing a caregiver with clients we carefully assess a caregiver's skill level and match it to our client's needs.
GSNY Home Care experienced caregivers have the following qualifications:
• NY State Licensure or Certification
• Criminal background check
• Drug screening
• Verified references
• Demonstrated skills competency
• On-going in-home supervision
• Continuous in-service training
We would be glad to discuss your Private Pay Home Care options. When you contact us, make sure to mention Coupon Code: PPVISIT, and we’ll waive the initial assessment and consultation fees.
