About GSNY Home Care Services
GSNY Home Care Services was founded in 2015 and since then has earned the trust of consumers, caregivers, and managed care providers across New York state. We are approved by the New York State Department of Health to operate as a Fiscal Intermediary (FI) for the provision of the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program.
GSNY Home Care builds its reputation on providing personalized services that are tailored to the consumer’s and caregiver’s individual needs and preferences. GSNY Home Care has strong relationships with major insurance companies due to our expertise as a Fiscal Intermediary. The GSNY Home Care team has experience and knowledge in all aspects of the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance program.
GSNY team is welcoming and here to help with the enrollment paperwork completion and onboarding caregivers. One of our dedicated representatives will be assigned to you to make the process of enrollment as simple and easy as possible.
